These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlphaStack Copilot, a software-as-a-service product operated by Martezian Holdings Company, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company with registered address 5721 Hampton Park Cir, Vero Beach, FL 32966.
AlphaStack Copilot provides AI-assisted operational tooling for licensed insurance agencies, including automated lead follow-up, renewal outreach, and inbound triage.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the entity on whose behalf you are subscribing. The Service is currently offered to U.S.-based insurance agencies.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to violate carrier or regulatory requirements, to send unsolicited communications in violation of TCPA or CAN-SPAM, or to attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and carrier agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
